Customization service
You can use our online configurator and customize your lighters right there. It's very simple! Just access the "Customize" section. You will be able to select the quantity of Clipper for each graphic directly to your cart.
No. You can customize even one Clipper lighter.
It's as simple as that. After clicking on "Customize" you will access the configurator. Here, after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions for customization, you can upload photos and add tests by composing the graphics to your liking.
After setup is complete, you will also be able to view a 3D preview of your lighter and make adjustments if needed!

my-CLIPPER reserves the right to reject any image. If the image you uploaded is not accepted, you will receive a cancellation notice and a full refund of your order. In case there are also non-personalized products in the order, these will also be refunded and you will have to redo the order.

We always advise you to use logos and images that belong to you, however, you can also use images and logos downloaded from the Internet as long as they are not copyrighted.
my-CLIPPER has a clear code of ethics that we show to all our users before they start customizing their Clipper lighters. For example, we do not accept graphics that glorify violence, have political references, or are too sexually explicit. You can read our code of ethics in full here.
Of course! You can customize as many graphics as you want in the same order. To order several graphics, configure one graphic at a time and add it to your cart.

Customized clippers: within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier and destination
Gadgets: 5-7 working days
Limited Collection: 5-7 working days

At this time, we do not offer the option of choosing a pickup point-all deliveries are made directly to the address you indicate during purchase.
However, we are working to introduce this option in the future to give you more flexibility in managing your orders.

Orders
For orders of non-personalised products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal even before delivery, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
For orders of personalised products, withdrawal for a change of mind is excluded. Once payment for an order is completed, we start processing it to ensure the fastest possible dispatch. Please make sure you are happy with your personalised design before checking out.
Payments
We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. That is why we accept most traditional payment methods: Matercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Stripe and PayPal are all payment circuits we accept on our site.

Returns and Refunds
Personalised Clipper products
For orders of personalised products, there is no right of withdrawal for a change of mind. The legal guarantee applies to defects or lack of conformity: contact us for the assistance provided by law, free of charge to the consumer.
Non-personalised products
1. Your order is non-conforming and has a problem: contact us through the form on the website, explain your complaint and send a photograph of the problem. Once we have established our responsibility, we will refund the full amount or send conforming goods without shipping costs.
2. You have received goods different from those ordered: as above, contact us through the form and send a photograph of the goods. We will send the correct goods at no additional cost, or you may choose a refund without receiving the goods again.
3. You want to return the goods because you have changed your mind or do not like them.
You have 14 working days from delivery to notify us of withdrawal, as provided in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. After notification, you have 14 days to send the goods back. Return shipping costs are borne by you. Send the goods carefully packaged, preferably in their original packaging, to: MST s.r.l. - via Marconi 7, 25030 Trenzano (BS), Italy.
The refund follows the terms and procedures in Article 10.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
