The following categories of images will NOT be accepted:
❌ Recorded or copyrighted material
❌ Company or brand logos
❌ Celebrity images
❌ Logos or mascots of sports teams
❌ Nudity
❌ Images of weapons or violence
❌ Images or references to drugs, alcohol, or smoking
❌ Offensive content

FAMILYBRO SRL, FLAMAGAS, SA, and any other company associated with the FLAMAGAS Group assume no responsibility for images or designs uploaded by users or for any illegal use of the products purchased.
⚠️ my-CLIPPER reserves the right to refuse any image. If the uploaded image is not accepted, you will receive a cancellation notification and a full refund for your order. All personalized products are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned.
The colors displayed may vary depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee perfect color matching. Lighters created through the my-CLIPPER website are intended for personal use only and not for sale; no liability is accepted towards third parties.
The final quality of the customized product depends on the resolution and format of the image provided.
