Purpose and legal basis
A) Verify the functioning of the services and thus allow navigation: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
B) Statistics: information is acquired to understand how the visitor interacts with the site in order to obtain statistics.
C) Profiling:Visitor tracking information iscollected in order to create a profile based on the interests expressed while browsing and, consequently, to display ads that align with previously identified preferences.
D) Respondingto communications sent via the published contact information: When a visitor contacts the Data Controller using one of the contact details published on the website, the information voluntarily provided is collected in order to process and fulfill the request.

Rights of data subjects
The person to whom the personal data refer is granted the following rights:
Access: it is possible to know whether any processing of one's personal data is taking place, and if so, to obtain them and request a copy.
Rectification: you can request that your personal data be updated, corrected (if inaccurate), and incomplete data be supplemented.
Deletion: it is possible to obtain the deletion of your personal data when certain conditions are met (for more information contact the Owner).
Limitation: it is possible to request that data be flagged, so as to limit its processing in the future, if certain conditions are met (for more information contact the Owner).
Objection: you can object to the processing of your personal data, on grounds related to your particular situation, where the processing is based on legitimate interest or is necessary for the performance of a task of public interest or connected with the exercise of public authority vested in the Controller.
Portability: it is possible to receive in a structured format the personal data provided to the Controller and to transmit you to another controller if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means.
Withdrawal of consent: it is possible to withdraw consent for the purposes that required it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

This section supplements the privacy policy and applies to purchases made on myclipper.eu, whether as a guest or with an account. The Data Controller and contact information, including that of the DPO, are as indicated at the top of this page.
Data, Purposes, and Legal Bases
To receive and fulfill your order, FamilyBro processes the data you enter at checkout: first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, any company information and electronic invoicing details, items purchased, amounts, payment references, and payment status. For personalized products, FamilyBro also processes the content you upload to the configurator, which is necessary for the production of the product.
The data is used to conclude and fulfill the contract, process payments and shipments, provide customer support, and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims (Art. 6, para. 1, subpar. b of the GDPR); for accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6, para. 1, subpar. c GDPR); where necessary, to establish, exercise, or defend a right of the Data Controller (Art. 6, para. 1, subpar. f GDPR). The data required for the order must be provided in order to complete the purchase. Creating an account is optional: if you chooseto do so,the registration policy also applies.
A purchase does not automatically result in subscription to the newsletter or consent to the promotional use of uploaded images. Such uses require optional and separate consent. Advertising tracking via Meta Pixel occurs only with Marketing consent, within the limits described in the Cookie Policy.
Recipients and Transfers
Data is processed by authorized personnel and, depending on their respective roles, by hosting providers, platform maintenance and configurator providers, entities responsible for production and logistics, couriers, payment processors Stripe and PayPal, accounting and tax advisors, and, where necessary, legal counsel and the relevant authorities. MST S.r.l. is involved in returns logistics and manages the configurator server. External parties act as data processors or independent data controllers depending on the service provided. For information regarding potential transfers outside the European Economic Area and details on safeguards, please refer to the section titled “Data Transfer to a Third Country or an International Organization” on this page; additional information may be requested by contacting the Data Controller.
Retention and Rights
Accounting and tax documents are retained for the periods required by law. Other order data and customization content are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, provide customer support, and manage returns, warranties, and any disputes; retention may continue when necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect a right. These criteria are distinct from the retention periods for cookies and simple contact requests described in other sections.
With regard to purchase data as well, you may exercise—in the cases and within the limits provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR—your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability by writing to privacy@familybro.com, and you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Erasure may be limited by retention obligations or the need to protect rights. The order does not require separate consent for processing necessary for the contract or to comply with legal obligations.
