Images uploaded for customization
Photos, graphics, and text uploaded to the configurator may contain personal data belonging to the user or third parties. This data is processed to receive and verify customization requests, display a preview, manufacture and ship the product, and handle any disputes regarding the print, in accordance with the terms of the contract. The configurator’s server is managed by MST S.r.l.
The promotional use of images requires specific, separate, and optional consent. In the absence of such consent, images are not used for promotional purposes. Users must upload only images they have the right to use, and if the images depict other people, they must have obtained those individuals’ consent. It is recommended that users not upload images that reveal health information, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, or other special categories of data.
Advertising Measurement of Purchases
Only with consent for the “Marketing” category does Meta Pixel report browsing and purchase events as described in the Cookie Policy. The commercial parameters are limited to product codes (content_ids), product type (content_type), amount (value), currency (currency), and number of items (num_items). No name, email address, phone number, address, customer or order identifiers, images, or personalization details are included. Advanced matching is disabled, and Conversions API submissions from the site are suspended. The Pixel still receives technical data, including the IP address: the processing is not anonymous. Refusing consent does not prevent a purchase; revoking consent stops new submissions.

A) User registration management: Personal data is processed to enable the creation of an account and subsequent access to the restricted area.
