Information regarding Meta’s participation is available in Meta’s documentation on the Data Privacy Framework. The services used and their respective privacy policies are also described in the Cookie Policy. To learn about the recipients involved in the specific processing and to obtain information or a copy of the safeguards applicable to any further transfers, you may contact FamilyBro at info@familybro.com. The use of a service based in the European Union does not, in and of itself, preclude access or processing from third countries.

Services and Cookies Used
You can browse the site using only essential cookies. Statistical and advertising services are enabled after you consent to their respective purposes. You can change or revoke your selection using the privacy preferences button, which is always available on the site.
Preferences are stored for 186 days, for a period of no less than six months. The duration of individual cookies is specified in the details below and may be reduced by browser settings and restrictions.
Meta Pixel: Campaign Measurement and Marketing
With your consent to the “Marketing” category, we use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, attribute conversions, and support the selection and optimization of advertisements. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a of the GDPR and Art. 122 of the Privacy Code). Consent is optional: refusing it does not prevent you from browsing or making a purchase, and you can revoke it via the privacy preferences button. Revocation stops future data collection; it does not render previous data collection unlawful and does not automatically delete data already received by Meta.
The Pixel is activated in the browser only after marketing consent is granted. The supported events are PageView (visit), ViewContent (product view), AddToCart (add to cart), InitiateCheckout (start checkout), and Purchase (purchase confirmed as paid), as well as Lead (request successfully submitted via the Business Area form). Commercial parameters are limited to product codes (content_ids), product type (content_type), amount (value), currency (currency), and number of items (num_items). Name, email, phone number, address, customer ID, order ID, or personalization details are not included. Advanced matching is disabled, and Meta submissions via the Conversions API from the site are suspended. The Pixel uses a separate technical context to prevent the transmission of URLs containing keys or order IDs.
Meta still receives technical connection data, including IP address, browser information, and any online identifiers: this processing is not anonymous. The _fbp (browser identifier) and, when applicable, _fbc (ad click-through) cookies have an expected duration of 90 days, subject to browser limitations or early deletion. Meta’s local storage items `lastExternalReferrer` and `lastExternalReferrerTime` store information about the type and timing of the external referral; they are removed upon withdrawal of Marketing consent. A browser session cookie, with keys `mcm-purchase-*`, prevents the same purchase from being resubmitted in the same tab; it contains a random code that is not transmitted to Meta and is used only after Marketing consent is granted.
FamilyBro S.r.l. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, act as joint controllers for the collection and transmission of data to Meta via Meta tools, within the limitsof the Meta joint controllership agreement. FamilyBro manages the website integration, the privacy notice, and the collection of consent; the subsequent processing carried out by Meta is described in Meta’s privacy policy. You may exercise your rights with FamilyBro by contacting the addresses listed in this notice or with Meta; further information on the division of responsibilities is available in the agreement.
Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States under the Data Privacy Framework for processing activities covered by the certification. The 90-day period applies to browser cookies; it does not represent the retention period for all data held by Meta. For those retention periods and criteria, please refer to Meta’s privacy policy.
To track requests from campaigns, the “Lead” event is sent to Meta only after confirmation that the Business Area form has been successfully submitted and with Marketing consent. Neither the filled-in fields nor the content of the message or attachments are transmitted to Meta. A browser session cookie, named mcm-lead-pending, contains only a random code and the time of submission, to link the confirmation to the thank-you page: it is used only with Marketing consent, expires after two minutes, and is removed upon revocation. The code is not sent to Meta. Refusal or revocation of Marketing consent does not prevent the request from being sent or a response from being received.
External resources used by the site's features
In addition to the services listed in the preferences panel, the site uses external resources for translations (Weglot, cdn.weglot.com), fonts (Adobe Fonts, use.typekit.net and p.typekit.net; Google Fonts, fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, in the configurator), form security (Google reCAPTCHA), WordPress resources (s.w.org), and the operation of the configurator (configurator.myclipper.rexqo.xyz, api.myclipper.rexqo.xyz, and Amazon S3 resources in the eu-central-1 endpoint). Loading an external resource involves a connection to the relevant provider, which may receive technical data such as the IP address and request information even without advertising cookies.
Vendor Information: Weglot, Adobe Fonts, Google Fonts, Google/reCAPTCHA, WordPress resources, and Amazon Web Services. For information regarding data processing by the configurator, please contact FamilyBro using the contact information provided above. Payment and review services, when used for their respective purposes, include Stripe, PayPal, and Trustpilot. Not all of these resources are classified as advertising cookies: their loading and respective purposes should be distinguished from the Marketing and Statistics consents.
